Frequently Asked Questions

Here you can find answers to many questions that you may have concerning META and monster treatment.

How was META started?
META started as a goal, a goal that we were determined to reach. Our 5-man beginning crew were exposed to the tragedy that is monster cruelty. At a young age, we were exposed to shows such as Sesame Street and Pokemon, which both illustrated monster cruelty. After hearing several stories such as the story of Frankenstein and Dracula, we decided that we were finally going to take a stand. And after a long line of interactions, META was formed. Now, META is an international organization that has thousands of members striving for the same goals.

What can I find around the META website?
At the home page, you find news stories which are updated regularly, as well as many features such as polls and slideshows. In our About Us section, you discover our mission and what inspired us to do what we are doing. If you are looking for stories about the monsters and their personal stories, the Monsters section is the way to go. Our Issues Section sums up why monster cruelty is bad and how it can be stopped. Many more features such as a multimedia area, which includes games, photos , and video; and a Forum, extradite the true meaning of monster cruelty into a way that you can relate to as a reader and supporter.

What Can I do to Help with this cause?
Monsters are not like animals, where you can help by treating them, feeding them, etc. Monsters are usually aggressive to unknown humans. Our META rangers develop good relationships with our monsters, thus it is safe for us to handle them. The best that activists and supporters can do is to know your region. Our Map section at the top lists the general locations and regions of our monsters. If you find a monster being treated cruelly, contact a META ranger immediately. Contact Information can be found in the Contact Us section. We are stationed in 982 major cities around the world as well as minor stations in remote areas. Please do not try to approach the monsters, or else it is dangerous for both you and the creature. Your safety is our best interest.

Why are some of META's listed monsters theoretical?

Most of our monsters that are listed are existent and are roaming their regions as we speak. Others are just myths. The reason behind this is that we must be safe at all costs for us and the monsters. These myths, if true, may be a possible source of cruelty. Regions listed are speculations based on scientific and cryptic studies and research.

What happens to the monsters once META finds them?
Our rangers and scientists treat our monsters very well. First, like all hospital treatment, we take blood samples of all of our monsters. This is so that we can detect any diseases and blood problems if any. Also, this allows us to take a DNA example for future reference just in case. Then, our monsters are placed in our small semi-hospitals. They are cared for by our trained doctors and nurses. This nurses them back to normal health. Afterwards, they are placed in man-made realistic habitats that they used to experience. We try the best we can to assure the comfortability of each monster in our facilities. Our monsters are fed with the finest food and treats. After 6-7 months, we release the monsters back into their regular habitat if they are healthy and ready to go. Also, anyone who displayed cruel actions towards monsters will have criminal charges.
